Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Nourish data at any time — either specific data or everything associated with your usage of the app.

Option 1 — Delete data directly in the app

The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside Nourish:

• Open Nourish → go to Profile
• Tap Account & backup
• Select Delete all data

This permanently removes all craving logs, preferences, allergies, cycle settings, and streak data stored on your device. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request by email

If you'd like us to confirm deletion of any analytics or crash data associated with your usage (collected via Firebase), or if you have any other data deletion request, send us an email:

Please include the following in your email:

• Subject line: Nourish Data Deletion Request
• The type of data you want deleted (e.g. craving logs, preferences, analytics data, or all data)
• Your device type (iOS or Android) and approximate date you started using the app

We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

What data can be deleted

• Craving check-in logs
• Food preferences and allergy settings
• Cycle settings and streak data
• Anonymous usage analytics collected via Firebase

Data we may retain

Some data may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or Google Play / App Store purchase records.
